"As someone who values professionalism and quality service, my recent visit to WIM Brookline left much to be desired. My experience with chiropractor Brandon was nothing short of disappointing. Not only was his demeanor unprofessional, but his lack of expertise was glaringly evident throughout my appointment. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was met with a disorganized and chaotic atmosphere. Brandon's lack of punctuality only added to the frustration, leaving me waiting well past my scheduled appointment time without any explanation or apology. During my consultation with Brandon, I was shocked by his dismissive attitude and apparent disinterest in addressing my concerns. It was abundantly clear that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to provide adequate care. His treatment approach was haphazard at best, leaving me feeling more discomfort than when I arrived. Furthermore, Brandon's communication skills were severely lacking. He failed to effectively explain the treatment plan or answer my questions, leaving me feeling confused and uninformed about my own health. Overall, my experience at WIM was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior exhibited by chiropractor Brandon.
