"Went for lab work. One lab tech on at 730 am on Saturday. Long line. I understand. Then we are being told by outcoming patients to be nice to her.. Line longer. Tech comes in from a home visit helps Long line. OK. A man with adult son with challenges is behind me having waited a really long time and I quietly motioned please go ahead. Some how lab tech walks out saying "he'll no" . Very upsetting"
"Do not go here. My wife went for a incessant cough, hasn't slept for 3 days, and like others have said, they were only concerned about covid. After hundreds of dollars (xrays, blood test, etc.), once they saw she tested for COVID (which, btw, we already knew 3 weeks ago), they said there was nothing they could do for the cough, sleeping or anything. Luckily, she went to my provider, and she got the help she needed. Save yourself $$ and time. This came off like a big $$ grab from the hospital extension. Also, aesthetically the waiting room was painfully small, I was asked to wait outside while my wife suffered and couldn't breath - nice sensitivity. Tone deaf, expensive, and useless."
"I have to say, I have never had those bad experiences. I have been there many times over the years and staff is always nice. The doctors do the best that they can and I have never been misdiagnosed. I usually follow up with my personal md after a visit. I was really surprised to see such bad reviews. I go at least quarterly for blood work. The lab people could not be nicer. Sometimes I need to wait, but its because they are busy and I go without an appointment."
"After reading reviews I was a little bit skeptical about this place. I needed a pediatrician for my baby and this was one of the few places close to home, so I decided to give them a try. Everyone is extremely nice and attentive and I’ve never once been treated badly or had to wait longer than 15 minutes for my son to be seen. I had to get some blood work done for myself and had to come here also. Nothing but friendly staff at the Lab. and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. So far my experience here has been great."
"This place is the least helpful care center I've ever experienced. 30 minutes just for intake when we are the only people in the waiting room is not "urgent care." Nobody we encountered had any sense of urgency and nobody even cared that the patient was having trouble breathing. If you can avoid going here for care, please do. It is the slowest and most inconsiderate "hospital" I've ever been to."
