"I waited 1 1/2 hours to get a urine test & alcohol breath test. I had a 10:30am appointment & I arrived at 10:20. Several people came in after me and were called & out the door long before my name was ever called. I went up to the check in window several times after an hour and told the girl at the window I’ve been waiting well over an hour & I had to go to the bathroom very bad. I paced the waiting area for another 20 minutes before I went to the window where the lab techs were. This is absolutely ridiculous to have an anyone let alone a 58 year old male wait this long for a urine/alcohol test. I was told they were having an issue with my phone for some reason so they had to manually add me to the system. This was by far my worst experience ever completing this test. I was so uncomfortable & in pain in the waiting area for the last 30-40 min before my name was called. On a positive note the girl completing my tests in the lab was very nice! The girls at the check in window could care less watching me pace & in pain. Hopefully I never have to go back here again"

"I was honestly dreading this based on wait time horror stories but I had an excellent experience. All the staff were very kind and efficient from the front desk, to the nurse (shoutout to Anny who was so kind and patient with me!), to the doctor. I arrived Wednesday morning right as they unlocked the doors and I was the 6th person in line. I was there for urinalysis, physical, & respirator certificate. I was called after about 45 min and the entire process in total (from arrival to departure) took about 2 hours."

"Quick and professional! Staff was well trained, speedy and pleasant, even though the line was out the door! The waiting area was spacious and filled with snacks, coffee and hot cocoa. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with the essentials. Overall fantastic experience!"

"By far the worst place I have ever been to. I went for a drug screen and N95 fit test. I checked in at 11:35, people that had came well after I had were getting called in before me, it wasn’t until 2pm until I was called, took my drug screen, and got fitted for my mask that took about 15 minutes mask. So I waited 2.5 HOURS, for a 15 minute task which I find absolutely insane. I’ve never seen something so bad in my entire life. There systems of calling people are terrible and most people going there had to wait hours as well. The facility closes at 4pm and they stopped taking patients at 1pm because they already had a 3 hour wait. One other girl came in, drove an hour and a half because that’s where her job had sent her to go just for the facility to send her away so drove that entire time to just get sent away. There is no reason the system in this place should be as bad as it is. They need to fix their process in the order of patients coming in. Even the people who had appointments were still waiting hours to get seen. A man sitting next to me waited 2.5 hours as well and by the time I was leaving he asked how much longer it would take and they told him there were still 3 more people in front of him and it would still be about an hour or more and he ended up leaving. I have never written a review on a place but this one was needed"

"Pleasant and seamless experience here. There were a few different tests/evaluations I needed completed for a new job, so my employer sent me to Concentra. I have been there before and ended up waiting quite a while, as they are always very busy. This time, I was advised by the front desk crew to arrive at 7am when they open for shorter wait times. Glad I did! I got there around 7:15 and only waited about 20 minutes to be seen. The women at the front desk were lovely. Out back was no different. Specifically, Angel and Mina (two employees who helped me complete my compliance list) were professional, timely, and personable. It was an efficient, yet not rushed, experience. I also recommend you bring your own printed paperwork if you are being sent by your employer so there is no way the information could get lost. Will be going back for my next assignment and will be going in early in the am!"
