"The dentist I work with is empathetic and very aware of any pain felt by me where I had some awful experiences with some dental work in the past. This office has only one flaw and it's the front desk. After experiencing a reason for being delayed for an appointment months ago, I have since been tagged as this villain who just wastes the dentist time. Non-stop verbal attack and harassment of reminding me that I must be on time. I cannot miss an appointment and on and on it goes from there. I've explained that I have some problems that require me to ask that they not harass me and speak to me as a human, not a tagged patient incorrectly of missing appointments which is just not true. I've communicated with this office throughout, so if you want good dental work, it's your place. If you're willing to deal with the front desk, that's another story. And it's not just one person. It seems to be the team that collaborates and then asigns labels to certain patients and not others. It's is a form of discrimination. If it continues, I will be forced to record the conversations and submit a formal complaint. And I think I'm being extremely lenient."

"The whole staff is so friendly and kind, I always feel safe here. Gabby (my dentist) was empathetic, kind and gentle. She went above and beyond for me and my dental pain. Additionally, I spoke to her about my fiancé and how he had negative experiences in the past with his dentist ( at a different office) who had berated, belittled, and instilled shame in him about his teeth which resulted in shame and avoidance of the dentist for him. She reassured me if I made an appointment for him with her that he would not have to worry about ever having anything less than a positive experience in her chair. I cannot recommend Aleris Dental enough! Thank you all for your impeccable service and dedication to your patients!"

"I went for the first time just on my birthday, the service that I received was excellent and especially from the receptionist who on the left side of the desk, that was where I fell the welcome to the place, the Dr.'s assistant was very friendly and professional and the Dr. He was excellent, he did a job for me and took his time to get it right; The punctuality in giving me an appointment was surprising of how it was so fast.I am changing my kids to this location.
