"Dr, Lee does my cleaning and everything else. truly the best doctor I have ever seen. He cares about how you feel which is very important to me. He always makes sure me and my children are comfortable and feel safe. I don’t like change, so I have been living in Salem for 4 years now and I have been driving to Boston for my kids appointments. But this year I decided to change that and found this place. Everyone seems so nice starting from the front desk. Plus my dentist in Boston really did a bad number on my teeth and I can always tell. But DR. Lee will fix it for me."

"Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. The cleaning was erratic and I left soaked, but I wouldn't have minded if that was all that happened. I wanted to switch dentists because of the poor cleaning, but this office gave me SUCH a hard time. Not only is it impossible to get them on the phone, but then trying to have your xrays and treatment notes sent over was RIDICULOUS. What's most concerning is they are illegally charging people for records release. I'm a NP myself so I'm aware of HIPPA and unlawful practices concerning pt's personal health information. They wanted $25-40 to send a simple treatment note. It's illegal to deny patients their OWN health records. When you try and speak to management about it, they refuse to talk to you and don't return your calls. This office should be reported. They are clearly trying to take advantage of people who aren't aware of their rights for extra money."

"Dr. Bansal treated me with such kindness and respect during my appointment. I absolutely love coming here, best dental office. I heard they have such a wonderful office at the Brockton location."

"In this office, I suffered a failed root canal and have a tool stuck in my tooth. Now I need to have my incisors removed as a female in my 20s. The last time I went to this place I allowed them to put a cap on a previous root canal and it’s the ugliest, hands-down, ugliest and largest and disproportionate cap I have ever seen in anyone’s mouth. The head dentist is rude, mean, and judgmental. They are refusing to release my records because they know this is easily a lawsuit. Theyre just continually digging their own hole deeper. You will pay full price for a student to show up from a school that is not capable of doing the work you have paid for. Even my last x-ray was done by a student who use the wrong plate and was then encouraged to UV seal this ugly tooth in my head. Without the head dentist even in the room because she was so bothered by my discontent. No one checked this students work. No wonder you guys didn’t offer me a mirror. I look horrendous. I live in constant pain and I’m about to lose my smile because of you. I hope the shame of medical malpractice both haunts you and ends your office. NEVER ENTER THIS OFFICE AT ANY COST"

You can tell immediately that everyone on staff - from the front desk team to the dental team - genuinely cares about your experience.They take time to answer any questions on the procedures and insurance and are super helpful. They are well educated and kind! Most importantly, (to me) they make sure that you aren't anxious during your appointments. The appointments have been quick and painless.
