"This place has changed over the years but it's a good thing for it now they got a working tunnel that connects to the old mill building also they don't have a dunks there no more...idk y but they have vending machines now..."
"The driver's need to be told that the customer should come first and should not have to wait in the rain and snow and cold while the driver's sit in the warm bus in lot until they fell like coming to the gate, they make handicapped people and elderly people and children wait outside while they sit in the warm bus or have a cigarette or hang out talking and then it's time for the bathroom and finally it's time to leave and now it's time for attitudes like HURRY up WERE LATE and then theirs the bus schedule, they just go as fast as they can so they can get back to the bathroom and smoke and talk they need to be reminded that without customers they don't have a job, treat customers with respect not like we owe you something, do your job the way it's supposed to be done it's a customer service business if you can't deal with people find another job, it's also time to get the D.O.T. involved..."
"The drivers are pleasant but that's it. Chronically 15-20 minutes late. Update your schedules if you're that slow. "Traffic" is not an excuse. Adjust your schedules to account for traffic so people don't miss connections or trains. Guys, this is a 1st world country? I've been on better buses in eastern Europe. This is just typical Lowell."
"I took the number five bus after doing grocery shopping with my young child. When I requested my destination stop the male bus driver employee proceeded to drive two blocks from where I requested to get off at. Then asked if I was getting off, I replied I was not because I requested my stop two blocks up on Westford. This employee made rude remarks and comments about my request. After this we had to wait over forty minutes for the next number five bus to arrive at the station. This is the reasons behind my low rating."
