"Getting your first pool can be a daunting experience. What do you need to buy to get up and running? What chemicals do you need? Who will answer your questions after your pool is installed? I can say confidently that working with Budget has been a dream come true. I could not ask for a more knowledgeable team of professionals who have guided me in our pool purchase and ownership journey. Both Corrie and Tracey were super helpful in ordering our pool and setting up delivery. They were even able to provide the names of some vendors to assist with installation and electrical (which is great because you never know if the person you are hiring will do a proper and timely installation). They even have a "Pool School" for new owners which was immensely helpful even though I had owned a pool in the past. I have now gotten help from Budget's professionals about half a dozen times (with more to come, surely). Their water testing service is spot on. We brought our sample water (from our tap) just before our pool was installed and filled. Mike gave me step by step instructions on what chemicals to add, how much, when, and in what order. The result was a sparkling and perfectly balanced pool. I then had to go in because I had a leaking/defective hose. I brought in a video of the leak and showed it to Rob, who immediately hooked me up with a replacement at no charge. I went in again because I had some body oils caking around the pool edge. I showed a picture to Rob who immediately knew what the problem was and gave me exactly what I needed to take care of it. Most recently I went in due to an algae issue (due to not realizing our chlorine bac-pac had run out). Rob again provided excellent advice and got me the chemicals I needed to deal with the issue. I then spoke with Philip a couple of days later who gave me great suggestions on how to get the pool clear and chlorine levels down before an upcoming party so that the pool would be safe to swim in. I swear their "Technical Support" desk is like walking up to Apple's Genius Bar. Everyone is so polite, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have solved every issue I've brought them in the brief period that we've owned our pool. I know I can go to them with anything and they will provide me with the right information and resources so we can enjoy our investment for years to come. You all are the best! Thank you!"
