"I lived at Trio for 2 years and was the first resident in my particular apartment. First year there was pretty good and then new management took over after the first year. The pros are that the common areas are kept quite clean by the cleaning staff. The gym is small but nice. There are good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The amazon lockers and the bike room in the garage are nice to have. We had multiple issues with management being dishonest and unresponsive. I could stand the very thin ceilings, the expensive, small spaces, and noisy neighbors but the severe shortcomings in communication by management, and management's failure to address issues adequately significantly impacted my ability to enjoy Trio. There are a lot of "luxury" apartments in Newton and the Boston area, and I would encourage prospective tenants to look elsewhere."

"I wanted to wait at least two years to fully write my experience so far at Trio. So far I love the amenities, the common areas where you can hold events, the events itself, and the friendly neighbors, and staff. I honestly wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I have been dealing with an ongoing issue/war with the loud stomping from my neighbor upstairs. I have reported this several times to the old and new management to no solution. I understand this is apartment living, but with the stomping, I feel as though my neighbor is going to fall through my ceiling..I am not joking...I've had visitors ask me what that was and they even agree."

Well-maintained and luxurious apartments complete with amenities like gym, resident lounges. Located in the heart of Newtonville, within close proximity to conveniences like pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, post office etc. Big shoutout to Joe, Kelly and Deb and the rest of the team for their prompt support and for ensuring I had a great stay!"

"There are so many positive things to say about the Trio experience. I moved in over a month ago but began the process of securing a unit here three months back. Joe and Kelly were the first team members I was in contact with and they were super friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions, both on the phone and during the tour (Kelly was the tour giver and she heightened my excitement about the place). The staff moved quickly in securing the right apartment to fit my needs/wants and their arrangements for my moving day made that process incredibly smooth. There have been no issues with the apartment and the building is incredibly sound proof, which is important, being near the Mass Pike and all. All the appliances are state of the art and work great. The amenities are consistently clean and my guests have enjoyed hanging out on the decks and in the function room! Various office staff also work on Saturdays, which is great if you have any questions that can't wait until Monday. All in all, Trio lives up to the luxury you'd expect from a complex like this, and moving here was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Five stars."
