Sunset Bay Rental Cape Cod

"My family just spent a glorious week at Sunset Bay Villa! The moment we entered the home we were instantly at peace! Sunset Bay Villa is a beautiful, well-appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean home! The yard is equally calming. We loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the lovely view and gorgeous sunsets! We also loved watching the bunnies playing and hopping around as we listened to the birds chirping. So relaxing! The house is set in a quiet neighborhood that was perfect for walking and strolling our grandchildren. The house is also conveniently located near restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and souvenir shops. We met the host Nance and she is delightful! She is personable and a breeze to work! During our stay, she responded timely to any questions that we had. We had few questions though, because Nance has helpfully provided several binders filled with information about the house, restaurants and activities! We highly recommend Sunset Bay Villa as a vacation destination!"

"Had such a relaxing weekend while staying at Sunset Bay cottage! The house was clean, cozy and very comfortable for a stay with my husband, parents and our dog Mila who enjoyed spending most of her days out in the yard. We lucked out with a warm weekend for April which was great to explore the trail in the woods and we even saw some beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay again!"

"We have rented Sunset Bay Cottage in Yarmouth port, MA twice before, but this year for the first time we rented Sunset Bay Villa next door. It is a beautifully decorated home, immaculately clean, so spacious and equipped with every amenity you might ever need! We usually enjoy the area restaurants for dinner but the kitchen was more than fully equipped to prepare any meal you might want. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked beautifully as we had some very warm weather during our week there. What makes these homes so special is the view of the beautiful marsh and out to the ocean. It’s a mesmerizing view we enjoyed at all times of the day and evening. Having breakfast or dinner on the spacious deck was a treat! The owner, Nance, is as attentive a landlady as you’ll find. She kept in contact to check on our satisfaction and always asked if there was anything we needed or that she could provide. She also provided binders in the kitchen which were filled with information about things to do, area beaches, recommended restaurants for every taste and budget, and hiking trails close by and across Cape Cod. In addition to this beautiful home, we had the use of a new hot tub (so relaxing!), and a large fire pit and Adirondack chairs which we enjoyed on several evenings. In the fully finished basement, there was a washer and dryer for our use and a second large TV - a great hang-out for teens! In the garage we found beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks, bicycles, and lawn games. When staying at one of Nance’s homes, all that we needed were our clothes and groceries; she provided everything else for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a “home away from home” this is surely it! Thank you , Nance, for a very special week on the Cape. Looking forward to next year!"

"Wonderful vacation... the sweeping marsh views accompanied by exquisite sunsets and the garden filled with hydrangeas and day lilies were the highlight of our stay. Sitting on the beautiful deck each morning and evening was so peaceful! The home is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean which made for a very comfortable stay. Location is perfect (quiet and serene neighborhood) but close enough to Gray's beach, the Brewster Flats and the Bass River beaches. Thank you to our excellent host who responded promptly when we had questions. Looking forward to our next stay in 2023!"

"My family had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house in September for a week. It was perfect in every way! The home is immaculate and spacious, and the fully equipped, large kitchen is incredible. We enjoyed starting our day with coffee on the awesome deck and ending it by seeing such beautiful sunsets. After days of exploring bike trails, shopping, beaches, and restaurants in the area, it was relaxing to have the use of the fire pit and hot tub. Thank you to the owner, as well, for reaching out to see if all our needs were met. It was a delight to meet you! We wish we could have stayed there even longer (no one wanted to leave!) but we’ll certainly have family memories to last a lifetime!"
