Welcome to the website of Dr. Ashok K. Joshi, MD, located at 199 Boston Road, Billerica, Massachusetts. With over 25 years of dedicated service in the healthcare field, Dr. Joshi has been a cornerstone of personalized, quality care in the Greater Lowell area. Dr. Joshi's journey in medicine began after graduating from Brookline High School, followed by his education at the University of Maryland and medical training in India. He completed his residency in Washington DC and earned his Board Certification in Emergency Medicine. In 1984, Dr. Joshi made Massachusetts his home, where he practiced Emergency Medicine for a decade. Recognizing the need for primary care practitioners, he opened his internal medicine practice in Billerica in 1994, and later expanded with a second clinic in Chelmsford.
