"My appointment for teeth cleaning was 15 minutes lates. However the hygienist was very nice and friendly and my appointment time just flew right by. As time does when you’re having a good time. The doctor was nice and friendly as well, gently recommending a couple of optional procedures. I would recommend this office."

"Where do I even begin….My first experience was a general cleaning. I had to wait an extra thirty minutes before I was seen. My hygienist was rude and made catty remarks towards some of the things I was pointing out and had the audacity to say “I went to school for this, I know” in a very rude manner. After my x-rays were taken, Dr.Banerjee said she would show me them but the hygienist insisted she would herself but couldn’t be bothered that day and was eager to shoo me out of the office. Maybe she was having a bad day but it doesn’t mean you should take it out on a patient and leave them unsettled by your actions…My next appointment was on December 10, 2023 to get a filling done in which I was totally blind to which tooth needed work done. Fast forward a month later and I’m still dealing with pain…I called the front desk on January 2nd 2024 to cancel another filling appointment because I didn’t feel comfortable letting this woman perform another procedure without resolving my current issue. I had asked over the phone about my previous filling needing a checkup because of the discomfort and she told me there wasn’t any notes taken about the tooth being a deep filling but I could be seen….I went back January 10th 2024 and the dentist had then told me it was a deep filling and would take two to three months to completely heal….had I known which tooth needed work done, I would’ve just said no. I’ve never dealt with this pain before and trust me, I’ve had way too many fillings and some were deep but never caused me this type of pain. The dentist just talked in circles and couldn’t give me a clear solution to my issue. Don’t bother with this dental office honestly. The office itself is dirty and dusty and the workers just talk about their personal lives to each other which is extremely unprofessional. Hopefully you can learn from my experience and find a better office!!"

"I was expecting to like this practice, given the good reviews but I and my daughter had bad experiences. Even though they ask you to arrive 15 minutes early, expect to wait at least 30 minutes beyond your appointment time: that's 45 minutes of waiting in an uncomfortable chair! The corners of the exam room were covered in dust (think: "under your bed dusty". Yuck.) The hygenist hadn't taken the time to review paperwork, so both my daughter and I had to rehash medical and dental history."
