"The dollhouse for adult humans We stayed at the Villa for a couple of days and from the moment we arrived we couldn't believe the place was real. The house greeted us with a warm welcome sign, lighting that was perfect and the most welcoming and cozy smell. The first, like the rest of the nights, we were able to rest perfectly due to the pacefull silence in the area and the comfort of the bed. When we woke up we didn't know where in the house to have our coffee because we wanted to take advantage of every corner, so we moved around the house to see from each place a different view of the lake, the forest or the bonfire inside the house. We did a couple of road trips to Ptown, Hyannis, Sandwich and chatham and it was just perfectly located. We will not forget the attention to detail in this house. We can't wait to go again and to recommend the house to every person that we know !!"

"We stayed at Cape Cod Villa for our micro wedding ceremony. The house is beautiful and Natalia and her crew are artists. It was lovely to be able to just give Natalia my wedding colors and let her run from there. Everyone enjoyed themselves and continuously commented on how beautiful the decorations were. While I did not need recommendations on the area because I grew up in town, Natalia was always ready to give some just in case. We really appreciate Natalia for helping with our special day."

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, into the woods/pond front, it offered a peaceful respite while still being within close proximity to picturesque beaches, and charming coastal towns, and indulging in delectable seafood within a short drive from the Villa. Lastly, I must commend Natalia and her exceptional hospitality. Her knowledge of the area, willingness to provide recommendations, and prompt communication made my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was seamless and memorable. Overall, my stay at Cape Cod Villa was nothing short of incredible. The perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Cape Cod Villa to anyone seeking a delightful and authentic Cape Cod getaway.
