"If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I‘ve been having an unfortunate experience with a service that left me dissatisfied and frustrated. The situation revolves around a delayed refund process, which haven’t been issued up to the date 10/18/2023 yet AFTER 2 MONTHS of waiting. The service in question was purchased initially on 8/19/2023. After encountering an issue, I promptly requested a refund the same day in the physical location at Seekonk. This marked the beginning of a prolonged and arduous wait for my money to be returned. Communication during this period was lackluster at best. I have been able to communicate back and forth with the sales manager (After several attempts to contact her) to get updates on the case. I have been receiving estimated dates to get the money back, but unfortunately, that time gets prolonged every time for no reason even after the case was approved by the financial department (That´s what I was told) . While I understand that delays can occur, the lack of timely updates or transparency regarding the status of my refund left me feeling neglected and uninformed. I don’t have doubts of the quality of the works that this place offers, but customer service it’s just HORRIBLE!!! I believe every company can face challenges, the way they handle and communicate about those challenges is crucial. Unfortunately, in this case, the delayed refund process significantly detracted from what could have been a positive customer experience."
