"We happened to hit it at a quiet time on a Friday afternoon. I'd called earlier in the day to make an appointment for my mom. Brandy made my elderly mother feel welcome and did a terrific job on her haircut. We already booked mom's next visit."

"I have had Maria cut my hair a few times. First cut was good so I went back. Second cut needed to be fixed by different salon, but I gave her yet another chance. Most recent cut last week was awful. I was very specific about what I wanted, but she ignored my request completely. Once I saw the first couple of layers she was cutting, I knew it was going to be a disaster...and it was. She talks too much, gets distracted easily, and is also very aggressive in her combing and styling. She is a bully. It seems if you even remotely complain or criticize, she will take it out on you and your hair. Maria does a great job if you don't anger her by being specific about what you want, and especially if you don't even remotely complain about what you didn't like about the last time she cut your hair. Besides not being happy with my cut, ripping my wet hair out when she was combing it out was probably the worst part. I will never go back there again. Also, she bad mouths her colleagues at the salon which is beyond unprofessional."
