"Went in to shop for some pants for a Thanksgiving dinner. not once was I greeted , asked if I need help finding something. One employee just looked right through as he played on a tablet the other after cashing out a customer I was by the register no acknowledgment, the lady looked at me as if my presence was a bother , the 4th employee i guess I was too masculine for him so he ignored me. I am Hispanic male who is doing well for myself financially. I was judged based on my appearance. The only white customer that where attended to left I was the only one at the store not even acknowledged at all man one of the reviews I read before going express the same thing. I was like some ppl exaggerate but unfortunately he was right. Won’t be going to this store ever again."

"I really hate to make it a race thing but by far the worst experience I have ever came across. When I walked through the door there was no greeting or any signs of welcome from the staff. In fact 3 of them walked by me and decided to go to the back of the store. I thought nothing of it at first so I continued to look around the store to find what I needed. When I did, instead of the man in blue asking " how may I help you?" He comes from the back to answer the phone and greets the white family as they enter the store. I could underatand if they are busy, short staff ect. There was no Communication at all. So I will not be returning here. For that you get no stars at all, thanks."

"Great experience. I needed my measurements taken for a wedding I'll be in here in a few weeks. DeAnte' helped with everything. Extremely helpful, professional, and answered all my questions. If I ever have a need for any other type of formal wear I'll definitely be back."

"Brought my father in to get fitted for a suit for my wedding. Brittany helped us out and was AMAZING! Took almost an hour with us getting him fitted properly, tailored, plus helped with getting both my father a tie for the event as well as helping me get ties for my groomsmen. If/when I need to go back I will be calling to schedule a time with Brittany for anything I need there. Highly recommend."

"Francis Valez, employee FV37, was by far the rudest employee that I have ever encountered. My husband and I have been in this store about 10 times within the last year, getting dress clothes and having them fit to him. We have never had a single issue with this store. When we, the bride and the groom, came in today to return our groomsmen suit rentals, we were directed to the manager, Francis, to handle our complaints. She was nothing but rude. She spoke with attitude. We have had nothing but good luck shopping at men’s warehouse, so we complained about the rentals we received. We had broken & destroyed garment bags, multiple sets of broken cuff links, inaccurate communication about pick up and drop off dates of the rental (despite that everyone was under our group reservation number, each groomsmen was relayed a different message when to pick up or drop off suits), and pants split in the middle of the back of the thigh, not even a seem split. When we told her all of the issues with had with the rentals, she questioned us as to why we were the one’s returning the rentals rather than the groomsmen. They were all at work and we offered to make the one trip for them, not that it was any of her business. At one point, towards the end of our time, she even made a comment about working in retail and having to deal with customers like us. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Even the employees apologized to us on her behalf."
