"The manager was so helpful. The store is neat, clean, and well stocked. So, why is there no air conditioning in the store?"
"I went into the Gap around the holidays and while the cashier was ringing me out, I asked if she had a box. At first she said no,then she said, well they're for credit card customers ! I almost told her what she could do with my purchase! I complained to corporate but was told stores didnt have boxes and they were probably left over. Obviously I dont believe that! I will never shop at this high priced store again!!"
"I went to look for a pair of winter boots. I went into the gap to see what they had for my kids. Upon entering the store i got crazy stares from the employees and no greeting. Until the cashier realized i had money then she was all smiles. I will NEVER RETURN TO THE GAP IN HOLYOKE MALL!"
