Every client and instructor I’ve interacted with are all so supportive and welcoming. The instructors are encouraging and well trained, really knowing their stuff. I’ve never felt so comfortable going into a gym. The relationships built are amazing making it fun to go to classes and it gives you something to look forward to. Challenge Fitness welcomes all fitness levels. You are able to learn different exercises and moderations of a workout that fits your needs. The owner Samantha is incredible and inspiring. She is knowledgeable, supportive and truly cares about every person she comes across. She is always willing to help people become a better version of themselves whether it be in the gym or outside of the gym. I truly could go on about this gym, the instructors, clients and the owner.
