"My daughter absolutely loves this place because the instructors/students couldn’t be nicer and more engaging with these kids in the 3-5 age range. It’s all about fun, exercise and just a smidge of martial arts mixed in. Basically it’s an extra gym class or two each week for them. Can’t wait to see my daughter progress through her as she gets bigger. Again the staff at Impact are top notch!"

These kids learn real skills while having fun the entire time. As far as the adult program Mr Lynch is the real deal!! His skills and ability to teach Krav Maga is LEGIT. "It's a very good dojo overall, with excellent teachers and a great family friendly atmosphere. The adult classes taught a wide array of viable self defense techniques, both standing and ground fighting. My big complaint, based on years of self defense training, was there was too little attention to proper technique and stance development."
