"I need assistance and cant seem to get someone on the line in a timely manner. Then eventually when I was able to get someone on the line, they cant seem to find my policy with Travelers. I just want to pay my bill! No clear address where I can mail the check and noone knows whats going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Our policy lapsed because of a typo, which they had ample time to have communicated. If they would have done that, it could have been easily fixed. Terrible communication in general. Definition of rent-seeking behavior. This company would not be in business if insurance wasn't mandated. Seems to have gotten worse after merging with NEXT. Terrible customer support. Wish we could leave but it's baked into the HRIS we use."

He helped me with the qualifiers to be sure I got the right coverage for my team, found me a great rate, and even followed up to get our policy rush approval so we could start work almost immediately. Great guy! Im really looking forward to having him as my account contact! UPDATE: Kudos to AP for maintaining my Workman’s Comp Policy during the pandemic....first 3 months were free...then 5.00 a month to maintain until we reopen. They truly care about small business. With their pay as you need it program based on hours worked to this extra step...I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you AP!"
