"Let me start off by saying that I am a part time employee of Home Depot and I will be brutally honest with my post. If you go into a Home Depot hoping to get the know how on fixing something or gaining knowledge on the products sold there, 9 outta 10 times you will be disappointed. Instead of hiring people that used to be in the trades. They would rather hire cheap help and give them a five-minute crash course on the section they're working in and then leave them there. Then when customers come in asking questions they can't answer anything. That's what cheap labor gets you"

"Great mulch selection I have to say, I went here this recent Friday to get mulch for a project and they had plenty. I also found a snail and it fell on my friend and he kicked it. Poor sail. Great black mulch I have say didn’t see any red though. I love Home Depot and America so much."

"It's big and the staff are helpful. It's a bit cluttered and it can be hard to move your cart around the displays. You can get cash back with Samsung Pay, but you have to order online because they don't have contactless registers."

"Unable to pay with Applepay or contactless payment. In 2023 this is a must. What a waste of everyone’s time being unable to expedite payment with contactless payment. Each time I go to HomeDepot I have been asking for this since 2020. I am told by the cashier that there is nothing that they can do. This is one more reason to go to Lowe’s, where they do have contactless payment."
