Check Your Compass Coaching and Counseling is a health institution located at 1341 Edgell Road in Framingham, Massachusetts, welcoming individuals from all over the state. Specializing in faith-based coaching and counseling for grief, trauma, and other challenges, we offer a unique approach to finding emotional peace through God's guidance. Our founder, Dr. Vinnie Cappetta, has personally experienced the journey of healing and is dedicated to sharing his wisdom with others. At Check Your Compass, we provide coaching groups and intensive counseling to support individuals on their path to healing. Our 'Grieving with Grace' program offers a sacred space for healing grief, while our trauma coaching program sets the course for recovery guided by God's grace. Additionally, our Spirit-Led Emotional Renewal program empowers individuals to align with the mind of Christ and build habits for life-long growth.
