"These guys were GREAT! Can't recommend them enough! Scope was; full house paint, new gutters, and some various misc. carpentry work including replacing about 30' of ant destroyed sill plate. Bid out to three companies who were all very close in price so I chose these guys based on their size and other reviews here. (smaller company than the other two). These guys were top notch! Great communication from Aldemir throughout the entire job. The painters hand painted everything (in the middle of our lovely heat wave...) vs. spraying, which was great! "We engaged three well known local contractors seeking estimates for a major exterior restoration project on a 200+ year old in one of Salem's Historic Districts. Of those three, only one responded with timeliness and professionalism. Sean O'Connor of Preserve Services was thorough, knowledgeable and met all of our expectations as we entered into a contract. Once the work began, Project Manager, Joe, and his hard working, skillful and always cheerful crew stripped three layers of siding, installed new 3/4 inch plywood sheathing, wrapped the house in tyvek and nailed up pre-primed clear cedar clapboards and, added another primer coat and a final coat of premium paint. Additionally, they replaced a lot of rotted fascia and soffit boards. Oh yeah, they also carefully removed and reinstalled all the storm windows (30). This was a $125,000+ project that took the better part of two months of almost constant work to complete.
