At AV Studio, we specialize in Pilates on the reformer, barre classes, and a variety of dynamic options including Reformer Sculpt and Barre/Reformer Combo.
Our mission is to support and inspire you on your journey to physical well-being and optimal health. Pilates is a non-impact, full-body strengthening and lengthening system that focuses on core muscles while challenging all major muscle groups in the lower and upper body. Experience improvements in strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and proper body alignment, whether you're a professional athlete, exercise newcomer, or busy parent. Join us solo or bring a friend—you'll be glad you did!
Our Reformer Pilates classes utilize top-of-the-line Stott Pilates equipment by Merrithew, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants. New clients must complete two private training sessions before joining group classes, available through our New Client Special or at a reduced rate with an apprentice.
We offer flexible scheduling with classes available morning, noon, and night, seven days a week. Please visit our schedule page for more details. Our studio is conveniently located on the ground floor, just down the stairs from the lobby entrance.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a reimbursement, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your class start time. We offer a variety of class options including private, duet, triple, or reformer group sessions, with single or monthly packages available.
