The center offers urgent care services for adults and children 18 months and older, with daytime, evening, and weekend walk-in hours available seven days a week. Services provided include treatment for non-life-threatening minor illnesses and injuries, as well as X-ray and laboratory services on site. Additionally, routine health care services such as physicals and Occupational Medicine services are offered. The center is staffed by medical professionals, including a Nurse Practitioner at Belchertown Internal Medicine, a General Surgeon at Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and a Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at Mass General Cancer Center at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm, with the last patient taken 30 minutes prior to closing. The center is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
