"This is the worst dental office I have ever seen. I brought someone for a 2 o'clock appointment. We arrived a few minutes before 2 and checked in. Either the receptionist was distracted or what. After 30 minutes, we had not been called in. When I went to check her she said that we didn't check in. That lady is very rude. She then tells us that the dentist won't see us because we were too late. We walked out and immediately made an appointment with the Nicol's street office. We are never going to this one at Water Street, ever again! She can continue serving her Hispanic friends."
