"David and his Concierge team have been really kind, thoughtful and attentive. Additionally, everyone from the leasing office, to even the maintenance men have made living here awesome. People have been timely, super helpful and all-around very considerate. Moving here from out of state was actually made quite straightforward and stress-free. Right now, there is a fantastic group of people working here and I hope they continue to be around throughout my stay. I appreciate them making it an amazing place to live. "My lease contract expired at the end of August and I submitted the move-out form 5 days in advance, but I still haven’t received my deposit check after waiting for two months? Then I went to their office in person, but was told that the move-out form needs to be submitted 6 days in advance to get the deposit refunded, and that I have to pay an extra month's rent? ? ? What's more, I originally planned to continue living here. I remember that I negotiated with them a month in advance, but they didn't give me the lease contract for a long time, so I had to move out. In the last few days, I still didn't have a lease. When I got news about the contract, I went to the office to find them and they said they were very busy and asked me to wait? ? ? The most ridiculous thing is that when there were only a few days left, they moved out the form for me? ? Then I filled it out and submitted it, and now I was told that I didn't submit the move-out form in advance and the deposit was non-refundable. But the last few times I called you to ask about the deposit, you didn't remind me at all about the non-refundable deposit. I called you twice. The first time I told you that I didn't have an exact address and the deposit hadn't been sent. The second time they said it would take a few weeks for it to arrive? ? ? From beginning to end, it doesn't match all the information at all. Finally, what I want to say is that this was a very bad experience. Sometimes you think more about your own problems than the customers. It was you who delayed the lease contract. In the end, I planned to move out, and I still had to bear this series of losses."

"I am so pleased with the new maintenance structure of The Revolution. My fiancé and I moved into the apartments at Revolution in May and we ran into some issues with the old management who said they would fix our floors that they messed up but never did. When we put in a new maintenance request with the new management, Martin responded almost immediately and helped us throughout the entire process. He was in constant communication with us, and was able to fix the issue with our floors in such a fast manner. We are so thankful he was able to do this and make it convenient for us!"

"My experience with Alta Revolution has been great from different aspects. About the apartment itself, everything is newly built and up-to-date with plenty of amenities. The gym is very complete. Their conference room is perfect if you want to work from home. The meeting/party room is also great. They also have a soundproof room if you want to play music such as guitar or so. The pool is great as well as the patio. The parking has a great air venting system. In terms of our experience with the tour: Michael (aka Mike) gave us a tour on two tours on Saturday and Wednesday. He spent more than an hour patiently answering all of our questions while showing us 4 different 1 bedroom apartments. He was also very responsive through emails. On the day we came to sign the contract, I suggested renting a studio instead of the 1 bedroom apartment that we had already applied for. On that day, Aurora was covering for Mike. Without rushing us into making a decision, she gave me a tour of their available studios with great patience and detail. Both Mike and Aurora truly cared about the clients and their happiness and satisfaction with the apartments. It was also really convenient to move in on move-in day. They have parking that we could park a two-bedroom U-Haul in, and the parking was connected to the hallway which had access to the big elevator that you could load with your boxes/furniture. We moved in on Sunday, Cailee greatly helped us with locking the elevator as well as giving us their dollies. Our move took around 4 hours to finish, and she checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. Location-wise, you can't go wrong with the location! It is 4 minutes walking distance from T station, around 10 minutes walking distance from Trader Joe's and CVS as well as all the other shops and the AMC theater. (You might also enjoy nice views from your apartment.)"
