"Room 619 was very nice. But being right beside the elevator prevented any sleep. The constant banging was horrible. The graffiti in the elevators doesn’t make one feel safe. Refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly."

"Pros: good location. Very close to the subway orange line (Assembly) station. Close to outlet mall Assembly Row and grocery store (Trader Joe's). The staffs were very kind. Free parking- I've searched a lot, but free parking in Boston is crazy deal. They have waffle maker in the breakfast area. Cons: no water in vending machine. Little outdated. Small dining area. Main automatic gate is not working properly (one side is much slower than the other lol) Construction is going on nearby, but it didn't cause any noise issue. It was 30 degrees outside of the hotel, but inside was warm enough. Overall, if you are looking for a reasonable option with easy access to the subway, I recommend it. If you are travelling for a romantic event, may be not the best option."

"No stars for this hotel!!!!!!!! Although they say it is non smoking, it’s obvious that people smoke inside the hotel too as there was a smell from cigarette smoke throughout. The room we were originally assigned had stains on the carpet, a damaged wall, and the drawers in the dresser were hanging out of the furniture. I don’t even know how they could assign anyone a room that looked like the one we had. They reassigned us another room but the smell of smoke was affecting my health even after only being in the room for not even an hour. We had to check out after only being in this hotel for maybe 1.5 hrs if that. Absolutely disgusting! Looks like they have people living in this hotel long term. I did not feel safe here! DO NOT stay at this hotel. You will NOT enjoy your stay!!!!!!!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Plus free hot continental breakfast. However, the coffee provided could take some improvement. The sound proof of the windows was very good. I heard almost nothing even the hotel is located nearby a corner of two major roads."

"Cannot beat the price for the location. It’s within a 10 minute walk from the orange line and access to downtown. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean, in a safe area, and quiet. Would not even look for another place to stay if we came back, would stay here without a doubt."
