"Bought a belt here on a day trip out to the Berkshires but couldnt try it on in the store. When I got home I found out it was too big and needed to return it. Unfortunately the gap store near me said I had to return it to the factory store. So even though gap and gap factory are the same company, I couldn't even return an item to my local retail store and would have to drive two hours to return it? If retailers want to know why they are failing miserably and going bankrupt, this is one of the reasons right here."
