"I am so disappointed on this branch and their workers. They are very unprofessional and I was shocked how such a respected company hires this person. I hope this is not the company attitude to trick people with damaged products and it is solely this unprofessional person’s action. I liked a pair of shoes but the one in the store was badly damaged so I paid for it and she was supposed to order new one online to be delivered. When it arrived, I realized that it is the same damaged shoes she sent it to me!!! She only cleaned it and thought we would not notice. If this is not fraud, what is?!! I will never buy their product and do not recommend them to anyone. Please make sure to double check anything you buy from them as they might do the same."

"One of the only shoe brands that still make high quality leather shoes and products. Although there shoes are expensive they are one of the only brands that provides high quality leather shoes which seem to be only available in designer brands these days. The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful."
