The institution is now under the direction of Emma Cardoso, a former student who graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Dance from Stonehill College. Addie Silverberg, another former student, has been teaching at the institution for 3 years while pursuing a degree in Severe Special Education at Bridgewater State University. Joanne Ruprecht, with 28 years of teaching experience in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop, is also part of the teaching staff.
