"Walk in. They had no system like other Starbucks to make sure people in the store didn't get behind all the online orders. Waited 35 minutes then went to complain and get a refund and waited another 15 minutes until I finally yelled out, is someone working the cashiers? Finally someone came forward. 45 minutes to get a Starbucks, ridiculous!"

I waited for 20+ minutes before leaving, frustrated, without my latte. The staff seems friendly enough. They can take care of you off peak hours. However, if you see a line either at the drive-through or inside the store, I would leave immediately and go to another location."
