"Gone a few times recently since it was on my route. Won’t make the mistake again. First, they’re priced higher than other franchises.. the other Milford one is the same way because Ethel don’t allow tipping, which is fine but this location has a rip jar inside so that rules that out. Second, I know the worker shortage is impacting everyone, so I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but here the drive thru has been slow, so the last time I went inside and the employees were yelling at each other and one berated another for not speaking English. The location is convenient but I’ll go out if my way to not go to this one now"

"For 2nd time in a week they didn't put egg on my sandwich! $6 for bread cheese and bacon....again. it happened last week then today @ 945. I can't afford to get ripped off every time I order out and this location consistently screws me. It used to be the absolute best....I tipped $4, so $10 for bread cheese and bacon....again. last time I ever will go here."

"BE AWARE This is Joe Toledo and Laura went to the Dunkin Donut at 31 Main Street, Milford, MA 01575 because our dog/therapy service with us for processing to order our coffee. Somehow, a lady name is Stephaine (manager) throw her tantrums and told us; the dog does not allow into the building. Laura explained Stephaine it is an illegal asking the document for a dog service. Stephaine talked to another manager (I am not sure). Another person came and write down "need a vest of the service". There is no pet or do not allow any dog for this building by the door or the wall. I have a video of misconduct behavior. At this point, we are not very appreciate with Stephaine attitude and not even apologized to us. I have to report to the Department of Justice comes with American Disability Act.
