"You people do not give a chance for new tenants to rent 3 bedroom apartments! That is not fair. My father and I were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment and we were told their next available 3 bedroom apartment would be rented to a tenant who has been living in a 2 bedroom apartment in the building for 15 years. I don't care if that tenant has been living there for years you should rent 3 bedroom apartments to new tenants too. You only give preference to tenants who are already living in the building and you will not rent 3 bedroom apartments to new tenants. I feel like that is a discriminatory behavior."

"My husband, myself and my daughter moved in while I was 7 months pregnant. We came and spoke to John Who was and is still is the property manager was extremely helpful helping us through the application process. The move in was smooth and maintenance even provided some Dolly’s that we were able to use to move furniture. We’ve now lived here for almost 2 years and it’s been great so far. Maintenance always comes or calls within a few hours after requesting them. We have a police officer living in the building so we feel pretty safe. The laundry room in our building is big and has lots of machines so its never too busy. The fitness center is wonderful and machines are always working and it’s clean. The pool is great when it’s super hot. It’s not a heated pool so The water is pretty cold until the dead of summer around July and August. There are lifeguards on duty consistently throughout the season the pool is open. My experience at anchors weight has been great thus far"

He is such an honest man, and was extremely helpful with explaining the process of getting an apartment in general to me, and my brother. Me being a single mom of a special needs child, it was so comforting knowing that he genuinely cared, and wasn't trying to feed me nonsense. You can tell he's a great guy, and hard worker who makes sure he's on top of everything consistently. Thanks again John! You were such a great help!"
