"The reception staff set the tone of the stay from the time we walked in - they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome and were hospitable and friendly each interaction we had with them. The room was clean, very updated and simply beautiful. Hampton Inns always have the most comfortable beds and this was no exception. You've got everything you might need in the walking vicinity from the hotel - restaurants, grocery stores, shops - the location is perfect. Breakfast was very good, only wish there was bacon. The best feature is free shuttle to and from the airport! We will definitely stay here again next time we're in Boston. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and let us leave our suitcases in a secured room until we came back and checked in. The hotel also offered a free ride to the airport. The only problem we had was the location of our room. It faced a truck loading dock so the trucks backing up and beeping woke us up at night. If you’re facing a different street, you’ll be fine."

"DO NOT stay on the NW facing side of the hotel if you want a decent night’s sleep. There’s a semi truck loading facility next door that loves to load their trucks between 9pm-4am. Stayed 5 nights and feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. The white noise machine and complimentary earplugs don’t help. The room & hotel itself is nice. I’ll give it that. But they didn’t even provide hand soap or body wash. Cleaners did a GREAT job. Overall, would not stay here again."

"It's a very good experience. The location of the hotel is very good where close to downtown of Boston. The room is spacious and clean, the equipments are new, and the staff's service is very considerate. The hotel provides breakfast and Shuttle bus. The breakfast has a wide variety of varieties and the dining environment is comfortable and warm. It is a very cost-effective hotel that I have stayed during my 8 years in the United States."
