"No where on their website does it indicate they have no customer parking, nor does it tell you on the confirmation email or when you are reserving the vehicle. It's a truck rental facility, how don't you have a place for me to park my car to swap out, is this a joke? It's not like you're in Boston, get a parking lot and stop being so cheap. The guy behind the counter laughed it off and said "nah most people just Uber here!" What a joke, recommending everywhere but here for rentals car/truck and never coming back. The dude had terrible customer service, didn't say a word while inspecting the truck."
"I reserved a 10 ft truck 5 days in advance of the date I needed it for (7/21/2018). I even received a confirmation email earlier this week. Today, less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a phone call indicating that they don't have any trucks available. Great job Budget! There are plenty of companies out there that rent trucks, and most of them employ people who understand the definition of "reservation". Stay away from this company, they clearly do not!"
