At Core Studio 291, we prioritize your health and wellness goals by starting with a detailed Health History Form and assessment of your movement and posture. We offer Pilates System or Mindful Movement sessions tailored to your individual needs. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and grip socks for your sessions. Hygiene is important to us, so we use tea tree oil between clients for cleanliness. Don't forget to bring your water bottle for hydration during your session.
