"I usually love this place, but today I was quite annoyed. Three girls were standing around in front of a guy with their phones out, giggling and talking when I came in for my order. Then, when I told them I was there for a pickup, they looked around clueless. One girl tapped the screen where there were three orders and then said we don't have any orders yet. One order was outlined in red, the other two yellow. Then, a green one popped up. I told them I could show them on the app. By the time I got back from my truck, they were scrambling to create my order and another gentleman's who had a pickup. Maybe next time will be better."

"I pulled up to the Salisbury Md location around 8:10a, there was no one in the line. I sat at the speaker for 5-6 minutes even saying hello into the intercom…..NO RESPONSE! So as I am pulling off, I see 2 cars pull up so I go back around the building and they are taking orders. When it’s my turn l, I explain what happened when I was there the first time and she says we opened at 7a. I said well why did I sit here for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged or anything.( I was not irate). She brushes me off and takes my order. When I get to window she snatches my money and when I said did you just snatch my money she gets another employee by the name of Jam to complete the transaction. Jam was very helpful but really clueless as what to do being that he was new. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that there was not one there. I am very disappointed in the service that I received from this young lady this morning. And I was irate by the time I left because it costs nothing to be kind. You never know what others are going through."

"Update: Received a letter in the mail along with a $6 gift card lmao Waited for workers to acknowledge me for 20 minutes so I could pick up my order that was finished before I walked into the store to pick up. Employees seemed to make more of an effort to ignore me than offer any semblance of customer service. Finally after I asked for that service, they said “oh yeah, here” and handed me my food that had sat in a bag for 20 minutes plus behind the counter. No customer service eventually equals no customers. Good luck with that"

"My first visit was a success... The cashier was very nice... I think Kataleah I heard the manager called her... She was nice, she made eyes contact. Cute smile and a Caribbean accent... The mango smoothie was great... The chicken wrap tastes heavenly good... Friendly staff... Everyone plays their position in harmony... The line was long a little because it is only 2 cashiers.... But the food was worth the wait... Every chance I get I will stop by to try everything on the menu once... I would recommend this place to anyone who likes smoothies and a quick bite... Keep up the good service you guys..."
