"Food was very good as it usually is. Service was slow. Our waitress seemed to be the only one in the restaurant and was dealing with a myriad of issues. It took a long time just to get coffee and even longer to get a refill. We never got our water we asked for. She never asked if we wanted refills of soup or breadsticks. We ordered 2 to-go dinners, but never received the breadsticks she said she was going to bring us. I can't fault the server as she seemed to be under a lot of pressure. Manager needs to do a better job at scheduling adequate staffing for better customer service."

"We had an amazing meal and waitress, Stephanie. It’s been years since being there and extremely delighted with how tasteful our meal was.. Stephanie really helped with our relaxing meal. My husband and got different meals totally and both agreed, 100% better than our last meal. Only problem was, the chairs aren’t comfortable and I’m short and feet didn’t hit the floor, so I rested them on a rung. It didn’t stop me from REALLY enjoying the food and appreciate our server, Stephanie. Definitely will return and ask for Stephanie."

"Last night 10/1/23 I ordered a shrimp Alfredo and a take away 5-cheese ziti. I planned on eating the ziti today 10/2/23 for lunch so I did not open the lid until I was ready and there is, what looks like, a beard hair on top!!! I did receive an apology and compensation for this mistake but I feel as though these situations need to be addressed. This has been happening in quite a few restaurants in this area lately and coming from Food Management myself, this isn't acceptable and there needs to be some more training on personal grooming and hair net usage! I unfortunately did not get to enjoy my meal so 3 stars for the compassion and compensation but this needs to change!"

"Donna was our server, she was excellent! She checked in on us often, and was extremely kind when we ordered a few things made/served differently than what was on the menu. I ordered a sangria which tasted good and has a variety of cut up fruit added to the glass. My husband ordered chicken parmigiana & I got Lasagna, both were steaming hot when they came to the table. The food was good, consistent with other Olive Garden restaurants, and sometimes that’s exactly what we want!"
