"I went to Mr Tire for a simple tire repair. When a problem occurred, they immediately took responsibility and resolved the issue in the best possible way. Excellent customer service was the obvious goal. This was not my first visit to this location, and I will definitely return in the future."

"I am giving this lying shop 2 stars and not one just because they did take me the same day. I asked them to balance my tires as my car developed a really bad vibration all of a sudden. They found the passenger rear tire to need nearly 10 ounces of weights and told me my wheel was bent. Since it happened out of the blue and I had not hit any potholes, I asked them to demount that tire and check the inside for loose foam sound deadening which these continental tires have. They assured me they did so and everything was fine. I picked the car up with ~10 ounces of weights on the rear tire, but I noticed that the wheel lips on this specific wheel were still as dusty as others. This to me was clear that they never removed the tire. I took it to another shop the following day and they immediately call me out to see what they found. Lo and behold, the foam was indeed dislodged and bunched up on one side. Look, I would understand if they told me they had no time to remove the tire. However, to lie straight to my face and tell me they checked the inside and that I needed a new wheel, that is as scummy as it gets. If I was not knowledgeable about cars, I would have ordered a new wheel and be out more than $500. I advise everyone to not trust this shop’s diagnosis and get a second opinion. See pictures of the wheel allegedly demounted and the foam causing the vibration. P.S. the new shop balanced the tire with less than an ounce of weight after the foam was removed. Surprise! The wheel is not bent."

"Went to another Mr.Tire location, and they were not able to work on my car due to the lack of confidence in their equipment and working with 19in rims with run-flats. I appreciated the honesty upfront and he pointed me towards the Mr.Tire in California. Without an appointment, they got me in and out in less and a hour. They had no issues mounting and balancing as well as used black wheel weights."

"They were able to take the screw out of my tire and repair it. They were nice. However the inside of the car now smells strongly like pot and it’s hours after they finished. I’m hoping the smell dissipates without further intervention because I have young kids (their car seats will need to be washed before they ride- it’s that bad)."
