"SLOW SERVICE. Ridiculous amount of time processing customers. One register and no back up personnel (or they didn't take action) to move stalled line. I realize some customers can be needy or difficult, and training is necessary for employees to learn the art of customer service. Selection limited as store is not as large as a normal DSW."
