The Camille Apartments Bethesda

"In today’s society, people are never shy to magnify any negative that arises and post on social media or other platforms on the internet but hardly ever do you hear the positive side. I rarely do reviews but my wife and I have had such enjoyable interactions with Jordan and Akram this past week that I just felt I had to share. My wife and I visited The Camille last week to inquire about a new apartment. We met Jordan and she was awesome! She was super busy but got us started on our way with a self tour set up and met up with us a little later. She has an awesome personality and her no pressure approach was very much appreciated. She listened to everything that was asked and answered everything as well. I am also disabled with a hard time opening doors and she pointed out the handicap buttons to automatically open common area doors. The door leading to the parking garage does not have a button opening but is easy enough for me to open without assistance. Same with the package room. She showed us a few apartments and all of the amenities in the building. I called back a few days later to see if we could see the apartments again as we wanted to measure and see if furniture would fit. Jordan was off this day but Akram stepped in and showed us the apartments. He has his own joyful personality and no pressure approach that was also very much welcomed. He answered all questions and was genuine in his approach with us. We are still on the fence about moving and what apartment to take if we do. The Camille looks like a little hidden jewel in Bethesda…..a great alternative to the behemoth buildings going up all over town. If Jordan and Akram are this attentive with people during the showings….I can only imagine the welcoming homestyle feel if we decide to move into the building…..and we cannot forget the concierge…… big smiles greeted us like we were coming home. Very nice and welcoming!"

"We had a very informative tour of this beautiful new, up-to-date building, and visited several apartments of various sizes. Everything is well appointed, tasteful and efficiently designed to maximum space. Ample closets with built-in shelving as well as the availability of storage facilities for large items. The amenities have to be seen to be believed! A fully equipped two-level gym with an elevator to the upper section and an amenity area that comprises the entire rooftop with in and outdoor areas. Better than any rooftop lounge in Bethesda, but with a business center as well for private meetings. There are outdoor gas grills, game areas and seating of many kinds, AND the view is breathtaking! A resident would have fun hosting parties and events there! Staff member, Jordan, was very accommodating in showing the facility and cheerfully answering our many questions. Bethesda can be proud of this handsome residential new-comer."
