"I’ve been a Torrid customer for years. Went into the Salisbury Mail location in Salisbury, MD today. One other customer was in there. The employees never greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I walked to the back of the store and was never greeted or approached. Not happy. Left without purchasing anything."
"Torrid is literally the best place to go for plus size clothing. You feel comfortable when shopping. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. I have been a loyal Torrid customer for a couple years now. I would probably cry if they closed down because it's the only place I shop. I have never felt so good in clothing. I've always been a bigger girl and have struggled to feel good while clothes shopping. Torrid is the place if you are the same way"
"The staff are always amazing. The selection is fair, the prices are a bit high. Store is clean and organized. Clothing quality is higher than normal(Walmart etc) but still wears and tears faster than I'd expect for the price. Still will buy my clothes here vs any other store."
