I have called (literally) 6 times (over the last 3 hours) and I have been on hold for 15 minutes each time, I’ve hung up, tried again, for quite a while now, and nothing. Not one single “please hold” or any sign of life. All I want is to get a human being on the phone before I make a 45 minute one way drive and it is simply impossible."
