"Employee appeared annoyed that I got there to pick up food. When I got home I discovered they failed to put sauce and cheese in the middle of one pie. And just cheese on the other. Shows a clear lack of quality control."
"Didn't definitely order hot spicy wings but that's what I got. I don't eat spicy foods. Pizza was good. Call GM next day and she had a not pleasant attitude. She replaced them but that order was just par. Used a credit card I barely rarely use to place order. Got a fraud alert the next day....made me wonder.....just saying but hopefully not."

They said, that they could not do anything about it cause it was an online offer. It should a help desk line to handle those issues. It was an online coupon from them but for my local market."
