"Arrived for my appointment on Friday Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. when I arrived I was told they would not be able to work on my car till 4:00. They didn't have the common courtesy to call me and tell me they were 3 hours behind schedule. I will not do any business with them in the future. From the reviews I've read they have a problem with calling people back and keeping appointments."
"Where to begin? Ben's has been in business a long time. Local shop that does honest work at an honest price. They recently recovered a jet ski seat for me (and have done work in the past as well). Very quick turnaround and the price ended up being less than quoted - who does that anymore? They have a great reputation and I can personally attest it is well earned. I won't use anyone else."
