"car wouldn’t start this morning in the cold — took it here after getting a jump to have the battery tested. Of course they said it was the alternator, and we needed to have it replaced in two weeks or it’s going to ruin our battery and everything else. We took our car to our long-time, reputable, small business mechanic (shoutout to Lee’s Automotive in Westminster — a little bit of a drive but SO worth it) and wow, what a surprise! *sarcasm* Our alternator is perfectly fine, the battery just needed to be replaced. Either someone is incompetent at testing batteries, or they purposefully try to push the alternator replacement because it’s so much more expensive."

"Every time I come here they are more than happy to help with reading me engine light on and helping me figure out what parts I need and where to go."

"Wasn't really thrilled with my experience here. Ordered a replacement rear view mirror, took about a week to get in, said they would call in the park came in, no one ever called. Ended up finally getting a hold of somebody two days after the part came in, they said the part was there. Go to the store, it's the wrong part. They need to order a new one, but this one would be there the next day. The same part costs $40 dollars more somehow now, as well. Go to get the new part the next day, associate Michael (who is already clearly in a mood) can't find the part. Searches for it, turns out the part was sitting on the counter the whole time. Curses under his breath that other associates didn't enter it properly in an inventory. Part ends up costing $50 more after the return, plus I have to pay a shipping charge twice for a part that wasn't ordered correctly. I mean, it doesn't take much to believe I could have a vastly better experience at a different parts store."

"So it truly amazes me that the management team always seems to be the least helpful. The manager looked up the part while the associate was ringing someone else up. She then requested he go get it while she continued to stroll through her phone. The associates name was Will and on this day he saved this location. Thank you for all your help Will"
