"Now that I'm out from under this company as they sold my building (thankfully have a WONDERFUL new landlord who treats people like humans) - this company lies, is deceitful, kept forgetting to pay the city water bill - multiple shut off notices for a lease where water was included. Jacked mine and my neighbor's rent by $500 a piece - lied to us and told us utilities would still be included upon lease renewal, etc, but they weren't. Impossible to get a hold of for issues, rude. Our grass was only mowed once this season, no matter how many times we emailed, called, told them we were seeing snakes on the property since the grass was so tall. Would not recommend renting from them."
"They lie. They cheat they steal. They charge you bogus utilities using a company called “con-service”. Rent elsewhere. They don’t handle roaches either.. only spraying… poor communication. smile in your face. Lie on your lease. they create situations for tenants that will leave you on the streets."
