Surprisingly, they always have the oil I need...which is not the case for other shops in the area. I have a foreign model SUV. I recommend going when they open to avoid the long line."
"I got an oil change about 3 weeks ago and I noticed there was oil stains on the ground after returning to my car. I drove out of town from MD to NC and my oil was completely empty. I called the shop and John was very responsive, attentive and apologetic for the inconveniences. He quickly made a call for my car to be towed and fixed from out of state. I can’t thank him enough! Excellent customer service and acting quickly is GREATLY APPRECIATED!"
"Not sure the woman who was working 10/7/2023 @ 830AM, she needs a raise, she was working Bay 1, but was managing all 3 bays (maybe that's her job??) I was listening to her, she is very knowledgeable about services, inventory, and what each bay was having done. She's awesome!!"
"I love this location, they are fast and provide good customer service. Even when they are super fast, when you are going change your oil, you should expect if the place it's parked with costumers, you will have to wait in line. They work as fast as they can, they aren't robots. The kids are cool and they always do a good job. I been coming here for two years. I tried La Plata and they have done a good job as well."
