"My experience has been great so far. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning or hello from Mike. I'm able to get my car in for service in a timely manner. Once I share the issues I'm having. The mechanic looks at the situation, contacts me and is able to discuss the problem. Let me know how long it will take, the amount etc. Communicates with me by phone call if any thing changes with the original plan. I have recommended Oliver's Auto to others."
"I needed an oil change and I was in and out. I also had problems with my Ford Explorer trunk not opening and although they couldn’t fix it they gave me places that would be able to help me. Overall the staff was very professional and I would definitely recommend going here.I had Mike and my grandfather has been going to him for years and has always spoken so highly of him and I got to see for myself and now I understand why my grandfather has been going to him for so long. He’s really kind, and knows his job very well."
"Bobby is rude and wouldn't listen. I went to get the rear air suspension replaced on my car, I even brought the new parts. He got the car up on the lift, pop the bottom of the airbag off the axle, everything was going fine until he brought an angled pry bar to pop the top of the bag off the frame! I tried to tell him it has a quick pull clip on top, and it will just fall right out, but he kept cutting me off and would not hear it. So he asked me "Do you want to take this home and do it yourself?". I told him yes better than him breaking my stuff. I took it home, and took me 15 minutes to do. Car lift would have been better than having to be under with jack stands."

Mike and his team know what they’re doing and get the job done right the first time. Mike always explains what repairs are needed and why before tackling the problem.
