"I have been living here for a few years now. I have had no issues where it was not taken care of when I called or within a few days after reporting the issue."
"Management doesn’t give a damn about this place or the people living here. Maintenance lays his tools out on your bed and furniture, very unprofessional. That’s if you can actually get him to show up. Constantly ignores requests for assistance or doesn’t return to finish a job. A chain smoking couple moved into my building. They sit under the awning right near the doors 5-6 times a day smoking. The entire building smells like smoke, it blows right into my windows. I asked them if they could please smoke elsewhere, they ignore. I told management and was asked “what do you want me to do about it?” Point of contact changes without any notice. Buildings aren’t kept up with. They care more about curb appeal than aiding tenants who’ve been here for years."
"Maintenance guy is a total creep. I have seen him on multiple occasions verbally assault residents. Uses vulgar language around children. Speeds through parking area with no regard. I've made a complaint to management we will see if anything is done."
